Recreational Gymnastics
Want to get limber and build your core strength? Our recreational programs are just what you need. Available to preschool through high school students, these classes can provide you the physical training and flexibility you have been seeking. USAG Junior Olympics (JO) Program
For the more serious gymnast who wants to compete and train in a more formal fashion, the USAG JO program is the right fit. These girls are very competitive and they earn every trophy. This program is invite only from the recreational program or contact us for more information or for an individual evaluation.
USAG Xcel ProgramFor the gymnast who wants to compete, but doesn’t want to be in as formal a training regimen as JO, Xcel could be just right. Xcel is a full USAG program, but is not as rigid in it’s requirements as the JO program, allowing the gymnast to grow their skills in a less structured manner. This program is invite only from the recreational program or contact us for more information or an individual evaluation.
